At the moment we do Rinka which is a fitness/dance organisation. Our instructor, Katie, has taught us dance routines to music and to do new stretches. We did different styles of dance such as modern, jazz and hip-hop. We stood on our markers and listened very carefully to our instructor. We learned two routines. Before we did our routines we had to do our warm-up and afterwards we always did our cool down. Sometimes she would call two people up to demonstrate the dance we learnt. In my opinion I think RINKA is a very active, fun, upbeat and exciting organisation.
