On the 23rd of April we had a Book Fair. There was a fabulous selection of trolleys of books in the school for a week before. Every child could dress up as a book character of their choice on the day of the book fair. A prize of a book voucher was given to the best dressed book character in each class grouping. Danielle Twomey from Juniors & Seniors, Jay Russell from 1st & 2nd, Ava Kelleher from 3rd & 4th and Justin Colman from 5th & 6th class won the book vouchers. We made a great amount of money, i.e. €1,870.87 and everyone had a great day. The school will get €1,122.52 worth of books from Scholastic as commission.
